I recently worked with Brenda at Pinpoint FCU to secure financing for an auto purchase, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Brenda went above and beyond to make sure everything was clear, smooth, and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient with all of my questions, and incredibly efficient in getting everything processed quickly. I have been banking here over a decade, My children also bank here as they had accounts set up as children who are now adults, This is the best banking experience I have had at any financial institution. I waited 6 weeks for a mortgage pre-approval, and I did not receive a response when I left a message asking for an update after 3 weeks. In their defense, they did ask my wife if I was mad at them, after my polite request for an update... so, I guess that's their way of responding to inquiries. Needless to say, I went somewhere else and received a response and completed pre-approval within 4 hours. I won't be seeking loans here in the future.

The employees are always happy to me. I had some things messed up with my bank card and it was fixed in no time. Without feeling like it was my fault and I'm sure it was my fault. Nice inside the credit union and nice atmosphere!!! I'm new here in Milton and pinpoint is definitely a positive thing for me. Keep up the good work girls you're great!!!

my husband and i have had a joint account for years and it has helped build out credit so much we have loved it so i decided to open my own accnt to get help with my credit the employees are quick to help & very friendly wouldnt bank anywhere else
