Horrible business practices, horrible customer service. My Zelle transfer got blocked and they told me they had no way to lift the hold and I would simply be unable to use Zelle forever. Their customer service was completely unhelpful and more focused on talking down to me than trying to solve the problem. Currently in the process of moving my money to a better credit union. Avoid Clearview at all costs.

They are a horrible bank paperwork that should be on file don't get filed. They freeze your account when they want to and the car payments that I've made on my wife's car apparently wasn't made that's theft

I spoke with a girl named Brooke to let the bank know I’d be studying abroad in Morocco to ensure they didn’t freeze my cards. What resulted was a 12 minute call with her teaching me Arabic phrases and ensuring me I’d have the time of my life (which really helped as I was very nervous). Good customer service is definitely an understatement haha.

Nick in fraud, unprofessional, never there, and lacks any sense of customer service. I was a customer of the bank for 5+ years. Everything was great. Then he accused me of fraud and says I'm being untruthful to other people I talked to. Makes no sense. Why would I commit fraud at my own bank? Now he is withholding $20,000+ from me. My four sons, my parents, and myself all have accounts at Clearview and we are all closing them. They replied that their trying to help. Two weeks I've been going in circles with them. And all they do is say their so sorry and it's so messed up what happened but no one will take accountability and fix it. Then Nick dodged my calls for over a week after being told he was the only one who could fix the issue. His answer to the problem was to take the money out of my adult son's account. Very ethical Nick! I truly hope Clearview looks into his behavior and I hope you all heed this warning. This bank has literally made me feel like a criminal. And I assure you that I am far from. This is the first and only issue I've had with this bank but will be the last.
