I've been with PALCO for over 20 years and can say that they have exponentially gone down hill lately. For starters, they still aren't open on Saturdays and that alone is a huge hinderance on any hard working person. This is also the only account I have (bank or credit card) that's been hacked multiple times. Their loan process is severely outdated as well, tried to purchase a new truck and all they would do is an 80% loan at 11% interest... went right to another credit union and got a 100% at 5%. Lastly, even getting ahold of anyone there is a task, just this morning trying to dispute another fraudulent charge I was instructed to call another company to do so. I would honestly steer clear if you have the choice.

I have never been to a better Credit Union then Palco Federal Credit Union. They are always there for you, they help you with your questions and concerns. They walk you through the whole process of getting you started with the team. They are all part of the family. We love you all at the Muncy Branch. Thank you for all your help and support.
