THREE TIMES I HAD TO CONTACT THEM OVER CONCERNS ABOUT NOT PROCESSING MY CREDIT PMTS. I HAVE HAD OTHER PROBLEMS IN THE PAST. THEY ALWAYS SOLVE THE ISSUES BUT THE ISSUES SHOULD NOT HAVE OCCURED TO BEGIN WITH. IT IS VERY TIME CONSUMING TO CONTACT DURING WORK HOURS TO RESOLVE ISSUES WITH MY DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS. AS SOON AS IM DONE BEING LAZY I WILL TRANSFER TO ANOTHER FINANACIAL INSTITUTION. CAN NOT CONTINUE TO DEAL THE INFERIOR SERVICE THEY PROVIDE A TRI BORO....

They have completely gone down hill. You can't never get anyone on the phone from member services, nobody answers the phone, I've had to many issues with bank transactions at the teller window because they are laughing and playing instead of paying attention to customers money. Service is poor I'm truly searching for a new business credit union after being with them for over 5 years. It's just beginning to be too much.

They closed the Monroeville branch with NO NOTICE WHATSOEVER. In fact, as of this writing (5/10/23), that branch still appears on their website. Now we have to drive to Munhall to close our accounts. Very unprofessional - do NOT recommend. Update (9/1/23) - Website STILL shows Monroeville as an active branch, nearly a year after it closed. This should tell you all you need to know about how competent and caring of customers they are.

I’ve been using this credit union since I was 14. Never any problems and great service. Dunno why there are bad reviews. I switch jobs often and have never had any problem receiving my detect deposit after giving my employer a voided check.
