I have had this bank for years and the customer service and the people that work there are amazing. I recommend them to everyone because not only are they great people to talk to they have become like a family to me. They all greet you by your first name and make it a great environment to walk into.

I’ve just got an auto loan through Family First and Joanne has been wonderful to deal with. She was so helpful and accommodating. They also have the best rates around.

The staff is extremely friendly but their dependency is extremely poor. The balance of your account is delayed by days, if you have a debit card it doesn't work on holidays and most of the time they freeze your debit card if you try using it out of town.

I have been with this credit union over 20 yrs. I even moved to Pittsburgh and kept my accounts. The ladies are always polite, even when I lock myself out of my account.

Been with them for years. They make me feel safe because they know me, know my signature and call if they think anything's hinki. The staff are wonderful.
