Always pleasant and welcoming when I come in person. They n ow me over the phone and always help when I have any questions, as well as update me and reach out if needed when I missed a payment to make arrangements to get it situated without fee of late charge. They are family and I trust my money is safe over a bank

I was a member of the CGH FCU which merged and I should have just left at that time. My debit card never worked if you had to enter your zip code. I reached out numerous times and no one would help. They would either say they would call back or tell me that it was good to go. After months of trying I gave up and opened an S&T account. A few days ago I received a letter that if I didn't make a transaction my remaining funds at Alle Kiski FCU would be turned over to the state. I called to see if we could get the debit card to work so that I could make a transaction and instead they said "let's just close it." I didn't feel like they wanted me as a member so I said okay. I received the check for the closure in the amount and I didn't think it was right. At this point I haven't received a paper statement in two years and I can't get into the online portal. I called to ask and Jackie was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was so thrown off by her attitude. I always thought she was one of the best to call. She started screaming at me and then said they couldn't verify the amounts because I closed the accounts. She said I am always nasty and hate them. I haven't spoken to anyone in two years and I always loved the credit union. I think they had me confused with another member, but either way that was unacceptable. I'm not going to be screamed at by my bank. The historical data should be there regardless. If they can't tell you your balance something is wrong. At this point I lost maybe $15 so it is what it, is, but if you are member BE SURE to get paper statements regularly and take snapshots of your online portal. By the time this happened I didn't have anyway to know if the check was accurate and based off of how they talked to me there is no doubt that they are not acting in the best practice.

WORST bank around. Not helpful, can’t keep anything in order, literally lie directly too you. Everytime I’ve ever called with an issue INVOLVING THEIR BANK, they say they can help. But then NEVER too. Do NOT recommend at all.
