Most poorly run AH in the Philly area.allways something here. No accountably for the staff. They want you to go to the machine teller on the time and that never works properly. It jammed my money and they wanted me to dispute and waste 30 minutes and on top of that get back in the live teller line which is another 20 minutes instead of having 1 of the 10 people that walks around there help you to put your money in. They don’t value your time or money. All the other AH sites around this area I went through had exceptional service except this one which is supposed to be the headquarters.

This bank is a complete and total scam! I had my car financed through this bank. I ended up going through a huge issue with medical bills due to an accident which caused my balance to not be paid for two months. The day I was able to process a payment - I was locked out of my account. I called to get details and pay for the payments, was told that I would I have to contact the next day and I even scheduled for a call to submit payments in. I ended up receiving money sooner and called in again to make a payment and was denied! They told me I would have to contact the next day. Well, I was at home for a bit and boom, a tow truck grabbed my car even after being told that they would pause calls and towing as I entered a promise to pay. I use my car for work only and because of this it has sent me down a financial plunder. What makes matters worse is the towing truck company will not answer the phone and has several 1 star reviews for holding cars hostage. I have been calling all morning and still no response from the credit union.

0 stars is more applicable. I applied for an unsecured loan and was denied without any consideration for my situation. I applied to a different credit union and was approved for a larger unsecured amount with a 7% interest rate and no caveats because they actually cared enough to hear my situation. There is no human element here, they do not care, and will not make an effort to make things right for you. There are many better credit unions to look into, please avoid this one by all means. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Will not consider them for a car loan ever again. Bad experience. The title transfer team is great. Overall, I regret choosing this company for my car loan.

We were welcomed and greatly enjoyed the free Grand Illumination display for the holiday season. It was heartwarming to see families and people of all ages strolling the grounds to marvel at the free display of 200,000+ white lights plus colorful holiday displays. There was holiday music playing, with a nativity, menorah and a gazebo on the grounds. There is plenty of free parking plus a horse and sleigh display for group photos. We appreciate that American Heritage offers this free to the Philly community each year.
