The photo so make sure you guys know where it is. It was hard for me to find it, I thought it was inside the building 🥹.People in there are nice and helped me solve my problems. Just a small bank but good for Quincy residents

It's been a bit of a process getting an account set up in order to get our loan approved which is all time sensitive, partially because of some of my own errors with putting in initial numbers wrong. Yann was so incredibly helpful and responsive with helping things get reconciled. Truly great customer service and I'm excited to be work with Mass Bay Credit Union. Thank you Yann!

Just wanted to share my yet got numerous positive experience popping into the Quincy branch of Mass BayCredit Union. Both Yann and Barbie always greet me with a smile as well as the tellers and has continually gone out of their way to assist me with debit card issues or my own fumbled transactions. Great branch and appreciate the management Barbie and Yann very much!!

Mass Bay credit union is top notch. Great friendly tellers who work hard and give good advice on money issues. Good location right in Quincy Center directory across the street from the Quincy MBTA stop 👍

I got an account here out of convenience for the location but its gone downhill in the at least 4 years Ive been a customer. I had a personal issue that put my account in arrears, I own that. It was my first and only time. I called customer service twice after my account was in the clear. They sent me docusigns to get a new card. I filled them out but no card. Did they tell me they closed my checking account because of it? No. Did they tell me that I could no longer get a debit card or what their policy is? No. After several months I go into the Quincy location on the morning of 8/8, to be told I can have an ATM and I can't get a new checking account until 6 months from the time I was out of the negative. News to me! I leave the bank for my card not to work. And I can't access my savings to pay my rent. I go into the S Boston branch today hoping for resolution. And not only are the short staffed so there goes my lunch break.... but the card was supposed to be activated. It still does not work. The gentleman in S Boston was pleasant but the lack of customer service, empathy, and communication with all others I've dealt with is an embarassment.
