Took over the branch in Mobile AL, i refinanced my vehicles went into the office to find my title because my new bank is telling me they never received it as collateral. I was told to get out and leave my information. Left my information going on 2 weeks now no call, emails, voicemail nothing. Now I am unable to partake in any additional banking opportunities with my current bank until the title is found. Penn credit is not people friendly I recommend not doing business here.

I cannot emphasize enough how impressed and grateful I truly am for the exceptional service I’ve received from this Credit Union. From the very beginning, the professionalism and responsiveness of the team have far exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out to me was how seriously my concerns were taken when I reached out via email regarding a serious issue. I had been scammed out of my money by City Best Pest Control. Not only did I receive a prompt response, but it came directly from the President/CEO, Ken Stone. In today’s world, that kind of personal attention is rare, truly unheard of, and incredibly meaningful. Having worked in banking for eight years myself, I can confidently say, this just doesn’t happen! Knowing that someone at the highest level was personally involved in monitoring my transaction dispute and providing me with consistent updates, and ensuring I ultimately received my refund gave me such an incredible sense of reassurance and value as a new member. As a single mother, having a financial institution that genuinely cares about its members and willing to step up in difficult moments means more than words can express. You're doing God's work Sir, thank you! This experience speaks volumes about the integrity and dedication of this Credit Union. Because of this, I’ve decided to move more of my business here in the coming weeks. I wholeheartedly recommend this Credit Union to anyone seeking not just financial services, but authentic, human-centered customer support. Special shoutout to James, please give this man a raise! He embodies everything a great employee should be: knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. His guidance through the loan process was spot-on, and his sense of humor made walking into the branch a real pleasure. Bravo to Mr. Stone and his entire team. You’ve earned a loyal member, and I will continue to rave about your branch to everyone I know!

I been with this bank for about 20 yrs. Looove this bank. Tuesday and James I am most familiar with by name because of direct contact when I come in regularly and they are the first 2 faces you see. Talking about professional, my goodness these 2 young people are always on point, as I have gotten older and technology has gotten more difficult I appreciate their knowledge and willingness to help me with every question, but what I mostly adore about Tuesday and James is they know the customers as if they are their neighbor, doesn’t matter if you are in front of them or on the phone they know exactly who you are. When I come for a loan ( I am embarrassed to say I can’t remember her name) because I get the same treatment from her she is awesome. I looove this bank and I always tell everyone to bank there because it’s like putting your money in a safe at home where everyone knows you and have your best interest at heart. Thank y’all for all you do Joyce Church

My call experience with an account rep was disappointing. She was very rude . She also hung up in my face when asked if she could give me an explanation as to why my application was withdrawn. Needless to say I took my business to another credit union. Thank you
