What a great group of professionals they have here. I have been struggling for over a week with a case of fraud and everyone I talked to, especially Shakema, have been nothing but courteous, informative, and helpful. I don’t know how I would be navigating this situation without her help!

I get cash back on atm fees. They helped answer all of my questions about IRAs and Credit building and helped me open many accounts with little to no issues. They are all honest and extremely informative. I’ve been a loyal customer for 12 years and have never thought about changing banks. I love pfcu.

This is the worst bank ever! They slow as hell! App works when it wants to! Still haven't received checks and its been over a month! I hate it! If could give then -0 I would!
