Seriously considering a new bank. I've been a member for I guess 10 or more years. I rarely go to my local branch in Warminster, but I have found recently that it is an excercise in patience every time I go now. Instead of 3 tellers , now they have one teller and 3 glorified ATMs inside with one or two employees standing by to help you work the ATM. (Uh maybe put these people behind the window as tellers?) I primarily depost cash and thought surely these machines would speed up the process. I was wrong. Every account that I am on , which includes my wife and 2 adult children shows up so it takes a couple minutes to actually find which account I actually want to deposit into. Then I insert my bills and without fail, some always get rejected. Now there is a long line for the single teller so I am seldom ever to actually deposit all the cash I wanted to. I have however been mostly satisfied with customer service requests and wait times when needed for more complex requests. I don't know that the big corporate banks are any better these days but I'm almost willing to take the gamble that they can't be worse at this point.

I have loved working with this bank, their people and their customer service. I'm just really disappointed in how they handled a recent mistake. I called in to do a balance transfer and they made a mistake, instead of transferring to my credit card, they transferred from, resulting in interest charges and cash advance fees I shouldn't have had. I thought surely I will call and they will reverse them but was told "that's not customary". They even pulled my prior call and listened to it and agreed there was a misunderstanding. I paid off the card less the amount of the fees while they reviewed my request to refund some of them. The fees were over $90, I left $100 balance on the card while I waited. They did not reverse my fees, then to add insult to injury, the statement cycle ended and I got charged with an additional $33 interest, again on a transaction that never I never intended to make in the first place. I have now paid the balance off in full and will cut my losses. I'm commenting because I trusted you to do right by me but I have now paid $120 in interest and fees because your call center representative did not clearly understand my request and made a mistake. I looked on your website for a place to submit feedback but couldn't find it so I'm posting it here. I would have chosen to submit the feedback more privately, but that also was not easy to do.

I have been a member of PFFCU for over 20 years. Great credit union but their customer service call center HORRIBLE. I called at 1:14 pm spoke to Alexis to see if the coin machine was working at 2 locations. She tells me 1 was and the other wasn’t. I take a Uber to the working location only to find that it’s not working and that it hasn’t been working since the day prior. Call customer service back to ask for a supervisor to voice my frustration to only hear I’m sorry and Alexis will be coached better. And then she blamed it on the actual branch for not updating the system. No one is owning up to the mistake and that’s what so frustrating. Customer service for 2026 must get better. Maybe they need to automate the customer service just like the did the tellers

I love the services they offer. I've been a member for more than 35 years now. Just relly wish the PFFCU would open a branch in Bradenton Florida. Come to the sunshine guys and gals.

I have been a member of this union for quite some time and I have never experienced any issues with them. They have installed the automatic teller machines at the Center City location but they always have teller on hand during my visits.
