If they're going to take over other credit unions, they need to understand its 2025. It may come as a shock to them, but since appropriating other credit unions, not every customer will be local to what is apparently the country's new financial hub- Pittsburgh. Also, those of us that live in the rest of the state aren't as up-to-date as they are, with their snail mail and fax machines. Can you email me my documents? Absolutely not. Hey, at least someone is keeping the post office in business, so they get a star for that. But seriously, once you guys have extricated yourselves from 1994, I'd really appreciate if you had a workshop for employees and teach them what internet and email are. Its going to blow some minds so I don't expect it to be a seamless transition, but it sure beats holding people's money hostage for days in the mail, or making people jump through hoops for what should be a basic process like an address change.

Dont understand it. Im having an issue and im trying to get a hold of someone there but no one is picking up the phone and the mail box is full. When i could speak with someone, the customer service was great. Why is it so hard to speak to someone. I hope they get this fix.

For years I was with Tri Valley credit union and they had wonderful customer service. Allegant is terrible! They don't return phone calls, poor customer service, a huge disappointment!

Customer Service is very good. Did not like the conversion at ALL! It takes a lot of patience and still some issues that I'm awaiting on that need resolved! But I do like the credit union, takes some getting use to. CHANGE!

Not only is the on line banking great (with just one exception) but so is the service with the tellers inside (for me it's the 10th St location). Now for the exception: when signing in to online banking, you can select many options except Visa account, because if you do you can't hit BACK from your credit visa a/c. You have to get out of banking and sign back in again. Pain in. the A....So site programmers, fix the problem.
