For a credit union that used to be INSIDE a federal building, it's unbelievable that they have nothing available for federal employees who are not receiving any pay during the now longest government shutdown in history. I was promised a call back from a branch manager since corporate knew nothing about the situation, but I have yet to hear back from anyone. We have been furloughed for over a month now and there is still no information/communication regarding the situation whatsoever, yet they can still send emails saying our credit usage is up... of course it's up; we aren't getting paid! Plenty of other credit unions offer paycheck advance programs with zero interest for federal employees in this situation if they use direct deposit... but not century heritage!

I had an unfortunate experience at the 700 Regis Ave location. I requested to withdraw a sum of money requesting $200 of the amount is in one-dollar bills. I’ve done this previously and never had any issues. The initial teller I spoke with said “okay no problem”. But then a senior citizen employee standing behind them said “No”. Stating they could only provide $50 in ones due to being “short”. The bank opens at 9:00am.…I arrived at 9:30am. I then asked if I should call in advance to make such a hard request? The senior citizen stated “that’s not possible”…. I went to another location directly after, and they accommodated my request without any problem and even apologized for the inconvenience. I hope management addresses this inconsistency in service.

Just had another bad experience at the Century Heritage FCU. Keeping this short walked in handed the teller my drivers license cause i do not use that branch office she took it typed in the info. Asked what i had to do said i want to withdraw the money that was deposited in my account from the CD that matured. I check it before i went down so i knew it was there. The teller said there has not been anything put in to the account. After another teller came over and told her she has made a mistake my is George not Gregg. We went on from there but no apology was given.

I had to change my review for Centiry Heritage Federal credit Union. I have been working with Ron, and he has been a pleasure. He is understanding, empathetic, and caring. From November to January 31st, I was unable to make payments because my mother was in home hospice, and I was her care taker. He told me to keep in touch, and let him know what's going on. When I got the insurance money, I was able to start payments again. He is a great man.

Most of my transactions are taken care of online so i very rarely have to go into a bank location. this morning however i did go to deposit my extra change into my account which was already COUNTED AND ROLLED, and the woman with the grey curly short hair told me they can’t take it. this is not my first issue with the SAME woman. this location has very poor customer service & i will be driving to other locations to do my banking for now on so i can at least be talked to in a nice tone of voice.
