I've been banking (personal and business) here for 5/6 years. Love seeing their growth and commitment to the community. Always accommodating, and I do mean that very literally! They recently helped me finance a car with a MUCH better rate than through dealerships and other lenders. This is a small credit union that has amassed a great number of members and are taking the strides to advance and polish their processes. How do I know? Because I didn't let the growing pains of this organization make me turn away. Not perfect, but progressing.

Disappointing customer service. Can not be expected to deal with issues in an effective manner and do not factor in customer experience in their services. Completely unreliable and do not have employees that understand modern/online banking. Would not recommend banking here unless you’re okay with not being secure in the people watching over your money. Wanting to support Black business should not meant sacrificing good service.

Rolling into my 3rd year banking here for personal and business, and it's been great. A few hiccups but the quick resolutions and attention make me feel valued. The employees are accommodating and are appreciated. I'm liking the updated online banking; very simplistic. Eager to see how they will continue to grow. Only downside are the hours but I make it work.

Very bad experience with the banks manager. Erica. Extremely unprofessional workers. They should be working at McDonald's and not in the bank.me being African-American I expect better from the black community after my experience with the bank manager I close my account immediately. And took my money elsewhere and I advise other people to do the. same
