The best Credit union ever! I have done business with a number of FCUs in the Pittsburgh market and the Pgh City Hall EFCU is so much better is many areas. Their rates are fair and very competitive. Their front line staff are knowledgeable, friendly, kind and offer superior service. The back office staff whom I never see, obviously know what they're doing in order to ensure their product offerings are competitive and reliable.

Been with this place close to 10yrs and I love this place. Staff is knowledgeable, very friendly & feels like family to me. After many yrs of business, I’m glad that I have not changed credit unions.

I really do like this credit union, been a member over 40 years. The only thing it needs is to be dragged into the 21st century with a web presence.
