I used GPFCU for my car loan. I have moved, changed bank accounts, and changed my monthly payment amount throughout the last year, and through every change, the staff has been very helpful, polite, and provided great customer service through this. The website is not totally user friendly but whenever I have called and asked for help, an employee is always able to answer my questions.

I been with this credit union for years and over the time I experienced good customer service and not so good I asked for a Corporate number and got laughed at. That's fine the joke is on you that's not threat that's a promise. MILES.

They finally got their mobile app together, and it's an okay bank [or CU] with very minimal locales. Don't see any ways to transfer money within the app to other bank accounts except for mobile check deposit. Tried to get refund on my first overdraft, and they declined saying the bank isn't at fault. Every other credit union or bank has always done this at least once, and these guys couldn't even during a pandemic. They charge for every service, including getting a checkbook, atm withdrawals, and even overdraft protection, so... Same old same old. Not switching banks yet.

I got my auto loan from GPFCU and I had a great experience working with them. They patiently answered all my questions and took care of all the paperwork very promptly. I would highly recommend their services.

Horrible experience. Loan was paid off 6 weeks ago and they continue to garnish my wages. No one will respond to my numerous follow ups and I'm beyond frustrated. I'll never deal with this bank again!
