I hope this reweiw find the right person, am so disappointed with this credit union.. I was with them for about three years. Until two weeks ago.. I noticed my card wasn't not reading a bal. I call the office and they told my account was 30 days over drawn, and they told me I was being charged 5 a day,and that'd I owe over a hundred dollars, I ask them why wasn't I notified. sooner. They told me they have online banking. Like what does that'd mean to a person who doesn't know how or do online banking. .I told them to close my account and they said I couldn't. I ask again why they didn't send me anything before it got so high. Now guess what am getting in the mail, letter to justify mistake. And top it off I got letter today Monday the30th telling me after my account is overdrawn and after 72 hours I will be charged 5 days huh smells like someone is trying to cover there traplease help ownerjust want resolved this issue. Also they need to be a cap on this issue. When do stopping charging 5aday when it in thousands.

I have been with them for years. I work with them now almost exclusively online since retiring, much smoother than banks or Savings and Loans. Credit Unions are great! I would give 5 stars if website worked a smidge better. Images of checks that are processed would be nice to have, for example, but that feature has yet to work for me. Still very pleased otherwise.

Quite possibly the worst banking institution of all time. They limit your spending to $1000.00 per day and don't inform you of this when opening an account. Their oh well attitude is appalling as well. There's no customer service after 2pm Mon thru Fri, and no customer service on the weekends period. They hold your money hostage and tell you to have the retailers come up with a solution to your payment issues. Stay away from here!
