If anyone ever needs a bank go to CityMark federal credit Union. I want CITYMARK federal credit union to know about Ashley K. for her exceptional work ethic and dedication. She has consistently provided me with excellent customer service and her helpful attitude when helping me with my banking needs. Ashley always has a smile on and greats you by name and makes you feel like family and not just another customer. She is one of the biggest reasons I would never go back to any commercial bank for my banking needs. April 2026 Ashlee K got me an amazing rate to refinance my car loan not in days but in hours and saved me over $100 a month. She made this process so easy and her customer service was A+. Loan was approved and signed in hours. Will never bank anywhere else as long as they have dedicated employees like Ashley K..

Hours are unrealistic for the everyday working person. On that, when you try to explain that to them they don’t really give you any option but “we’re open Saturday!” So when you need to deposit money for an upcoming bill and then you can’t because for whatever reason they open at 9 instead of 8 and close at 4, you get a service charge and after explaining it to them they basically just tell you they only excuse one a year and make it your problem. Leaving this bank, l’d urge others to do the same. It should be about the customer. Not their convenience.

Citymark is the best bank I have ever had. I could say many amazing things about this bank. But the one thing that really stands out is how kind, responsive and accommodating they are when you hit a financial hardship. They will do anything they can to work with you and figure out a plan to make sure you’re set on track. Melissa in Asset Protections is so unbelievably amazing at what she does. Thank you Citymark and Melissa for being the absolute best!!! 🐝

I have been a member of CityMark for a few years. I have only ever worked with Alexis. Alexis is so incredible to work with- she always is helpful, knowledgeable, and works to get me the best rate!! She responds immediately to emails and I never need to wait for transactions to occur! Alexis makes the process so easy for the customer. If you ever need help, guidance, and/or information about the credit union, Alexis is your girl!! Thank you for all you do!! I appreciate you!!!
