Susan helped me open CD's at the Pottstown Branch. She did so correctly and with a friendly attitude! She also looked at my other accounts and made some recommendations for my funds. I am currently experiencing a traumatic brain injury from recent accident I had. To say that the staff at Diamond Credit Union was compassionate and understanding would be an understatement! They helped me with something I was unable to comprehend currently. They were Unbelievably patient and kind While guiding me through everything that I needed, NEVER questioning me or making me feel uncomfortable in anyway. I relocated almost 2 years ago, but I still travel Over an hour to continue banking there because It’s that amazing an institution and I believe that has EVERYTHING to do with their employees! Every chance I get, I recommend people should bank with Diamond Credit Union!
