I have been banking with TCACU for about 35 years now. I have continued to be a member for one clear reason - service. In today's environment, good customer service is a rare thing (sadly) but when I call the CU, I can always speak to a human being and get clear, friendly, professional answers to my questions and service. This week in particular, I was assisted by Shayla and today especially, she was able to help me with a frustrating situation. She made it easy. I also want to give praise to Cathy in the credit card department who has also given me great service. Thank you and everyone at TCAFCU.

Ever since the updated system my direct deposit takes forever to credit my account. It was pending wed before Thanksgiving well I had no money for Thanksgiving cause as for Thursday its still pending.Happy Thanksgiving to me. My debit card never goes threw at doctors offices either. Im thinking of changing banks. The people there are very nice i just think if your paycheck is direct deposit it should hit that day.

I want to thank Liz Peters (Business Loan Officer) for helping us with our business loan. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Liz is always there for us when we need her. I highly recommend reaching out to Liz for all your financial needs.
