Dear Tiff, I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent service you provided during my recent auto loan process with CACL FCU. From the beginning, you made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. You clearly explained my options, answered all of my questions, and kept everything moving efficiently. Your knowledge, patience, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the process, and I truly appreciated how easy you made everything from application to closing. Your professionalism and genuine care for your members really stood out. It is clear that you go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, and CACL FCU is fortunate to have you as part of their team. Thank you again for your exceptional service. It was a pleasure working with you, and I would gladly recommend you to anyone looking for an auto loan.

I had a very disappointing experience at your branch today. While I was being assisted with a banking matter, an employee with purple highlights at the ends of her hair, who was not the representative helping me, was speaking to other staff about my situation within earshot. I had not even been informed of the issue myself, yet it was being discussed openly among colleagues. This felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to my privacy. In addition, her tone and demeanor came across as rude and dismissive. Regardless of whether she was directly assisting me, discussing a customer’s account or situation openly in front of others is inappropriate and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expect. My husband and I maintain two business accounts with your bank, and experiences like this are very concerning to us. We value professionalism, discretion, and respect when handling our financial matters. I hope this situation is addressed with the staff involved so that other customers do not have a similar experience.

I am going thru a divorce and had to refinance my home. I did not know how things work with refinancing and a divorce. That’s where Kelly Stidham stepped in and basically took all the time I needed and explained each step to me. She guided me to making the correct choice and got me thru it all. Kelly is a true asset to CACL. Thank you Kelly!

The credit card specialist, Emily, is amazing. I was stuck in Vermont when my car broke down. I needed some help with funds to get a rental and fix my car enough for the trip home. She saved me and the wife a lot of time and headaches.

Had my account hacked once. Also CACL "misplaced" some off my money and even put me into the negative causing an overdraft. I kept getting transferred on customer support because no one could figure out why. I eventually just gave up. They also deactivated my bank card once because they ordered new ones for everyone when they switched companies but never actually notified me so i didnt have a card for over 7 days.
