I personally never had any problems with this institution always nice and friendly and as far as the check situations I never had a problem cashing any I get four to five checks a month from my neighbors for mowing their grass I was never questioned once about it when cashing it's a pleasure for me to deal with pine Grove or Pottsville office

The fact that you can't put the payment on autopay via an app or website is unbelievable. "You can mail a check" - 21st century- we don't use checks. 'You can connect your bank to do autopays" - my point.

Been a customer since 1988. You don't hear the bad stories that you hear with other banks. They have a great fraudulent payment department. They are more specific in transactions making them operate efficiently and conservativly.

Place is a joke! Claims a check isn't an official check but you take exact check right up the road to a real bank and they cash it. No wonder they don't get voted best bank in the county 😂😂
