The staff are friendly and helpful. I often need to make withdrawals in specific amounts including coins and bills. The staff never complains and fulfills my request quickly. I also need to use bank checks and they take care of those requests as well. I enjoy dealing with them.

Absolutely avoid banking here if you’d like to do any kind of electronic transactions. Online banking is riddled with wait times & fees/headaches that make no sense. Been banking here almost 20 years and if you’d like to bank like it’s 1999 in person- they can be helpful & employees are nice. Fees & rates are comparable or worse to other more tech savvy & modern banks like Truist/Ally/PNC

Although the interaction took place virtually, the representative’s presence was genuinely felt. They brought a warm, personable quality to the exchange that made it feel engaging and authentic, despite the screen between us.

The mobile experience has been great I'm able to check balances, transfer, and the texting of alerts keeping me informed of what's going on in my account

The mobile checking upload feature and deposit limits are great for small business owners. I have used several banks for this feature, and UECU has been the most reliable and user friendly.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
