I have been with this bank for years. Staff is nice most of the time but the locations are NOT open on weekends or evenings and I have had multiple instances that I needed something resolved on a weekend and no one was there so I had to wait until Monday and had no card. Also, they do not print their cards in house anymore so you have to wait 7-10 business days for a new card and hope it doesn’t get “lost in the mail” like mine has multiple times and wait on them because no one cares about if you have money or not. Also they do not have any way to help you if something is wrong with the card because it seems a 3rd party prints them. Not a great bank if you need someone reachable or a new card. Lastly when you call now you have to leave a voicemail for a return call. I would say avoid this bank if you are looking for average banking practices.

Great customer service. But how does a bank not take change. And especially for a child youth account.

The team at Propell CU has always been extremely helpful, assisting us making sound decisions to plan for future needs. Even in our B2B relationship, our dealing with Shane & Jim has been a breeze! 100% recommend!

I have been a BHCU member for a little over 4 years now and I wanted to compliment one of your associates that has helped me tremendously over the past week or so at the Havertown branch. Mike Ruggiero was fast, efficient and very courteous in helping me with statements that I needed for our home sale. He is an asset to BHCU as is Regina Kopp who has helped me today and, in the past, as well. They have truly made my banking experience wonderful! They are both assets to your credit union and deserve to be recognized!
