Everyone in this office today went over and beyond to help me because I've been in pain every day this year into the hospital three times and this is still not resolved. I do have some test scheduled though from My three trips to the hospital. I have a brain injury and the nurse practitioner today wrote everything out for me word for word as to what I needed to do and when everything was happening. She went over and beyond and treated me like she actually cared. She is super respectful and allowed me to say what I wanted to say without interruption. Centerville is wonderful I got an appointment quick and they took me back quick. They made sure though that they thoroughly took care of my inquiries and helped me move forward with the pain I've been in every day this year. This is one of the best visits I've had. Thank you nurse practitioner. I'm so sorry I'm going blank on your name but it's only because of my brain injury. Everyone reading this look at the date and then you can look up who is the nurse practitioner or call them and she is awesome. I promise you she'll help you.

I had this appointment this morning at 8:30. I was received a phone call the other day that I had to reschedule. My annual to January 9th but I inform them.I need to keep the one on December 1st I was informed that he did rounds at the hospital now,but she told me, can I come in at 8:30 on the first I said, yes, well when I get there After ten minutes or more, t with the new system they said, i'm in the old system for ten o'clock.I'm like, no, she told me 8:30 When you have an old system and a new system. You put notes in both accounts. So everybody knows what the hell is going on. So they don't have to reschedule. I was taught that and my jobs put notes notes notes and read the notes and both sides. I really needed this appointment today and I try calling the nurses station to get medication refills which is needed And it did not happen! Love my doctor but front of the house sucks!!

Staff and doctor is always VERY caring and attentive. They're always willing to answer any and all of my questions without the feeling of being rushed, so they can move on with their next appointment ASAP. Everyone is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Appointment times are also very accommodating, for me personally. And the place is always VERY cleanly inside. What's not to love?!?!

I'm not impressed with Centerville clinic in Washington. Keep your guard up when it comes to dealing with Dr. Kahlias nurse. Not sure but the last time I checked I was Dr kahlias patient not then nurses. Perhaps we can start a go fund me page so she can get a license as a doctor. And stop with her condescending tone towards the patients

Doctor A.Kalia is my doctor. I’m 59 years of age and must say. Dr.Kalia is one of the most knowledgeable, considerate and concerned doctors I’ve ever met. She the best of the best as a doctor and a person. You can tell she enjoys helping others, and it truly shows in work. Listen if you can get her as your doctor, you’ve been blessed. Seriously hats off and two thumbs up to Dr.Kalia. 👍👍🫵🫶🇺🇸🙏😊
