Called in to handle a minor issue with my account dealt with a Emma who was unnecessarily rude, patronizing, unfriendly, and annoyed she had to help me. Weird behavior considering it was short call and I was relaxed and cooperative. But this issues was resolved quickly.

Went to go deposit my check on Wednesday and a lady named Debbie/teller was soo rude to me. Soon as I approached her to give her my check, she looked at me with this weird look up and down and decided to read my check so loud that the entire bank can hear it then proceeded to Stare at me as if she wanted to smack me because I didn’t wanna Repeat for the second time where the check came from I felt so uncomfortable and so displaced worst experience of walking into my own bank and depositing a check I felt judged.. I should never feel that uncomfortable or guilty for doing what I want with my money …

Waiting over a week for a bank card. Need to access money since I'm out of town and I've been stuck out of town without even being able to access a dollar. No way to do anything. Smfh soon as get home I will be contacting my lawyer. And don't leave no lame reply about how you value someone as a customer. If you did u wouldn't have a bad review. Not just from me but from sko many people. Also changing banks to someone who cares that I put money in there banking system.

My banking experience with Alisa was great. Loved how the office was away from the Lobby area as if you where in a totally different building. The staff, from point of entry to exiting were amazingly helpful and friendly.
