I highly recommend banking at Arize! The staff are so helpful and personable. And Shelly Andrews, the bank Loan Manager is amazing! She will do everything she can to help you out.

We just closed on a loan and cannot say enough good things about every aspect of Arize’s Science Park Road office. Shelly Andrews, the loan manager we worked with, was terrific and was a true professional. The whole office is friendly and upbeat- there is no “stuffy” or “pretentiousness” like you’d have at a traditional bank. We’ve been members for many years and have used countless services the Credit Union has had available and it’s always been pleasant and positive. I highly recommend you check in with Arize for all your banking needs!

When I was just about to give up, Arize FCU came to my rescue. Shelly Andrews really did everything in her power to work with me and she brought Mike Scott into the mix and they were wonderful people. More than just a bank, they are people caring about me and wanted to see me succeed once again. It wasn't all about the numbers or a score, on a card. They had a real concern for me and helping me to get back to a real life with answers that worked for me. It's a financial group, with a heart of Gold. I'm Blessed to have found Them. Shelly Andrews, in the loan department on Science Park Road, has helped me so much on a few occasions. This time I called the day before Thanksgiving, thinking I wouldn't get an answer to my question until the next week. I left a message and within an hour, Shelly called me back, answered all my questions and more. I was able to go into the holiday weekend knowing everything was handled. She's knowledgeable and doesn't give you any answers unless she knows she's giving you a 100 % correct/truthful answer. I appreciate her so much!

Shelly and everyone here at Arize were absolutely fantastic. They worked and helped me going above and beyond. Leaving here in an absolutely better mood because of their help and attitude. At the same time very professional and knowledgeable about what they do.
