Archaic systems are frustrating. Tried to order checks online today, the order screen has no instructions, kicked out at one point for unknown reason, went back in, figured it out, ordered checks only to be informed there had been too much time pass since my last order, ( 2 years ago) so I have to go the the bank to order the checks. What a waste of time!

They USED to be an amazing credit union until the redo of their systems. NOW I agree with the great bank if you want your money to come up missing review. I have actually filed a fraud complaint against them today for it.
