Avoid this bank at all cost if you can. I made the horrible mistake of getting a car loan through them when I was married and my ex husband had an account here. After our divorce, they made it as difficult as possible to even pay my loan. Spending at least 20 mins every month on the phone to just simple pay a car loan. Then my car was totalled. And they have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Everything was delayed multiple day due to them not submitting thing in a timely manner. I will be without a car for multiple weeks due to their delays. I have had to call them every day to make sure they were submitted my paper work. Multiple times they would have waited to submit things if had I not called. Not to mention almost every people I have dealth with on the phone had been extremely rude. I cannot wait until they finally complete my paperwork (if they ever actually do) so I will never have to deal this this mess of a "bank" again.

This bank likes to come across a friendly, hometown bank with great customer service. But they're just greedy and looking to make a buck off us. They love slapping you with hidden fees all in the name of lining their own pockets. You'd be better taking your money elsewhere.

They are crooks. I have a savings account and they charged me inactivity fees and took all my money. I had upwards of $200.00 and i just got a letter stating i have 5.95. Im 47 years old and have never been robbed by a financial institution until they took over ASAP Automotive Service Association accounts. In my opinion they are criminals and i have the documentation to back up these facts.

I’ve only had excellent experiences at this credit union! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, both in the building or at the drive-thru! I’ve been a member for over 25 years, wouldn’t go anywhere else!
