I’m sure they make a fortune on predatory fee practices. Do not make an accounting mistake if you join here otherwise they will hammer you with fees, amongst all of their other regular fees. They will pretty much tell you to deal with it regardless how long you’ve been banking here. Getting worse over the years and is now pretty much worse than big banks when it comes to fees and customer service.

We are members for decades and always have a great experience. Tara helped me today. Exceptional service as usual.

I have had an account for years with them. I have always had friendly service. I never had any issues with the credit union's services. I would take a credit union over a bank anytime.
