Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! I cannot give enough thanks to the Team at Wilkes-Barre Spring Street location!! My wife and I were the victims of Scammers from a Web-site selling Eyeglasses. The Scammers hacked our PayPal account. The entire Spring Street staff was ultra helpful, reassuring, accommodating and willing to help us navigate next steps. We stated out with Yaritza who was great, then to Amber. Amber knew exactly what to do, and who to contact. We cannot express how comforting and gracious Amber was!! She exceeded our needs, and did everything in her power right from her station. She cancelled account, got us new Debit Cards, set up a new Checking Account, so on and so forth. What Amber could not complete in her scope, she contacted their backline team, and then brought the Branch Manager Gylaine into the loop. Gylaine took the time out of her busy afternoon to assist and answer any of our concerns. Glyaine even called us back at the end of day with a detailed update. In the days leading up to our visit to CVFCU were upsetting and tumultuous for my wife and I. In leaving CVFCU we both felt as though the weight of the word was lifted off us. That was directly due to Amber, Yaritza and Gylaine. If you are not a member, let this review serve as a heads up on what you can expect from CVFCU - join!!!!!! Thanks again to Gylaine and her team, and to everyone at the main office also.

We are going for a Home equity loan and they have the best rates around. Friendly service at the Mt.Top office. Has made this very easy to do. I highly recommend them.

I called looking for a small loan with a low APR rate. Cathy S from the Wilkes Barre office promptly returned my call, answered all my questions, and helped me find the best rate. The APR was significantly lower than others I've looked into. I met with Cathy the following day to finalize everything. She was very kind and made sure to go over every detail. All in all the whole process, including the loan deposited in my account, took less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!

I have to say Kristen (Krissy) at the Mt. Top location has been extremely helpful and supportive in helping me with a consolidation loan. They all staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend their services.
