Passed off their lending servicing to a 3rd party. They don't answer phones or return calls. Been trying to refinance for several days and can't reach anyone to help. Better off taking your lending needs elsewhere. Bet the first minute you miss a payment, though, they'll have an entire army eager to speak with you.

This bank is in the stone age. No support other than office hours . My card was flagged while on vacation and I have no recourse other than to wait 2 days for the single office to open again. Great to have for savings and the employees are generally helpful but think about when you need your money most and you can't get in touch with anyone for multiple days.

I am very pleased with all of the service I have received from WBVFCU over the years I have been a member. Their staff are very dedicated, know their jobs well, and help me feel comfortable. Keep up the good work!

Actually I am a member... you refuse to change my name after I got married, stolen money from me, I have gotten cussed out by workers, you have refused to give the title to the dealership that bought my car and many more. You have made my life completely unnecessary stressful.
