Wish my wife and I started banking here sooner than recently! Vivian and the team in Wyomissing are absolutely wonderful!!!! And I’m sure that’s the case at any other of their locations. Just overall pleased with every experience at Riverfront thus far. Even chatting with Amber, while our new auto loan was being processed, was pleasant talking about our mutual love for dogs. Thank you Vivian, Amber and everyone at Riverfront FCU! You guys are GREAT!

Tried to open an estate account after the passing of our mother and the experience at Riverfront was terrible! After spending an hour there, the person working with us questioned the legal document provided by our attorney. We ended up walking out while she was consulting with her management team. Never to return!

Poor communication and lack of accountability We are very disappointed with how missing checks were handled. Two important checks with tracking numbers went missing, and management showed little effort to trace them or contact USPS. We were told that once a check is mailed, it’s out of the bank’s hands — but since RiverFront uses a courier service, they should follow up with both the courier and USPS to ensure the mail isn’t lost. This isn’t the first time it has happened, which makes it even more concerning. The same issue keeps repeating! I hope RiverFront reviews how these matters are handled, holds its courier accountable, and improves communication and responsibility toward loyal customers.

I used to really like this Credit Union. But since they moved from 4th Street to Lancaster Avenue. It's rather inconvenient to make a deposit at this Credit Union. Meaning the location for me is hard to get to and I'm wondering if it's hard for others who were accustomed to go right down to 4th Street if you lived in Reading or elsewhere for that matter, now they're all out of the way and I really don't want to use a ATM to make deposits. I may be leaving this Credit Union. Very disappointing.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
