I came to this location to make a deposit for my father who just had major surgery. I was on my break from work and didn't have much time, so I thought it would be easier to use the drive-thru. My father gave me an envelope with the cash in it and on it he wrote his name, the date, and his account number and even specified it was for checking. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and no one was there, then two different people walked by, looked out at me, but never came to the window. Finally someone came to the window, she didn't bother to greet me and sent the box out to me, and I put the envelope in the box. She asked me if that was the account number on the envelope and I said yes. She sends the box back out and tells me I need to fill out a deposit slip. I said why you have everything you need to do the deposit. She then tells me it's their policy at the drive-thru to have deposit slips. So I told her I would come inside. I came inside and handed her the envelope. She glared at me and had an attitude and opened the envelope and started counting the money and I counted it with her in my head. When she was done she asked me how much it was, then she put it in the counting machine and tells me that she didn't want to put the wrong amount in the wrong account. WHAT?!?!? What teller makes a statement like this to a customer? I was blown away. Why would she have put the wrong amount in the wrong account? What sense does it make that you need a deposit slip for the drive-thru but not one if you come inside? I told my father about the whole ordeal. He likes this place for some reason. I will never do an account here now. This woman was young with curly brown hair and a big know-it-all attitude. She reminded me of a narcissist. I left worrying about my dad's deposit and his account. I will send my daughter next time. She isn't as nice as I am. They can have fun dealing with her if they give her any trouble. OVERALL NOT AN ENJOYABLE EASY TRANSACTION FOR MY FIRST TIME. BAD VIBES FROM EVERYONE IN THERE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I used to use M&T Bank. Unfortunately, their tellers were often not friendly. I already had an account with White Rose Credit Union. One day, I left White Rose after completing a transaction. I walked into M&T very happy. The teller was so mean! I told her to withdraw all of my funds. I took them down the street to White Rose and have been there ever since. The tellers are friendly and knowledgeable, and they help you with anything financial. 10/10 will always recommend.

Do not recommend! Day 1 of trying to open an account the lady I had an appointment with was 20 minutes late and the tellers kept looking at me like I was gonna rob the place or something. After brief discussion with her I came to realization my DL had expired(my fault). Day 2, had appointment set and sat for another 10 minutes only to be told(by the same person who said to hang out) the lady was not there and was out sick. No email or phone call letting me know the appointment had to be canceled. Not to mention all that time I was sitting in those 2 days that some of the tellers would rather gossip more about other members coming in and out than anything. Save yourself some time, go somewhere else.

Everyone here is always nice and willing to help. They take the time to explain and assist you. Easy access to get in and out of the building. If you are looking for a credit union I would highly recommend looking into White Rose Credit Union.
