I have been waiting for an insurance quote for over a week from Odette from BAIA insurance and also an explanation as to why they can't provide me with one of my vehicle vouchers even though I have another vehicle on the policy who the could send me the voucher of.

Service has not been good lately. Customer service on phone not to useful. Erroneous information. I have to go 3 times to solve a problem and still waiting to be resolved.

The customer service is slower than a Molasses intravenous Injection! Had been waiting for over hour and twenty minutes and the had only called two numbers. Currently at number 313 called at 1153 will update how long will take for next number to be called. I had to visit the Credit Union because they still have the system from back in the 50’s where a “Self Proclaimed” expert on signatures or calligraphy Technician decided that my signature does not look identical to the one I used when I open the account.

Do not buy insurance here. The person who sold me the insurance, Marla Nieves, did not orient me correctly on the insurance and can't even get me a voucher for the insurance.

They refused to help at my late filing of the IRS service because of scheduling. I was mad, frustrated that I did not call, and the recent power failures along with my other issues slanted my initial review. I am sorry to say what I said before. Thank you for the reply though.
