I wish i could give this business a Zero Star rating! The people in the call center have no clue how to conduct business. First, if you have a spare 15 minutes in your life, to wait for a person to actually pick up the phone... I have a car loan with them. I have had to call them 3 times to fix the spelling of my name. 2x to have them fix my email address. My online user name and PW to their site was never working. This business is a dumpster fire!

I truly can’t wait to leave this place and move all my accounts. I am far from perfect with things but I do expect some response back when I ask a question and not to be ignored. A simply yes or no with an explanation, but to ignore my follow up question is ridiculous. Customer service is below par and quite frankly they only care about themselves and not the customer. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. I find it funny too they only comment on 5 star reviews. Just shows they do not want to improve. Nor do they care about the people they hurt or disregard

They act like a bank more than a credit union. Not community friendly. Not customer friendly. Nickel and dime you over stupid things. They will not take coins anymore. You have to use there coin counting machine and then they charge you. If you are looking for a credit union choose Navigant, they have more value and appreciation for their customers.

Do NOT get an auto loan through this company!! They charge you $10 to make any payment on your loan. If you get behind (from being evaluated by oncology at Christmas season). Being told they won't accept less than 2 months payment!! And won't let you make any partial payments to try and make up any amount and try to get back on track.!!.Stephen in the collections dept " because its Christmas week, we won't be doing repos .BUt unless you get 2 months payment to us by the 31st." We will repo", even without a clear certified letter in the mail stating such!!. To be put in this position!! When I paid this loan on time for 2 year plus! Fell ill and they can't be lenient or understand someone with a clear medical issue!! This gentleman screamed at me for saying I would report them to the BBB!! I would NEVER recommend them!! The car dealership uses them, because they will approve a loan for higher than the value of the vehicle that you are purchasing !! THEY TOOK ADVANTAGES OF A women purchasing her 1st new car! My last loan was at 5.99 % interest! Yet this company tagged an 8 year loan. At 11.9 % interest!! 3 years in.. upside down by $10,000. I will never get out of this loan!! I am trapped to where I cant trade the vehicle in because no other company will approve a loan that much over the value of the vehicle!! This company shuffles you between depts. If u skip a payment, you have to pay an $80 fee.. plus $10 for any processed payment!! It is impossible to get caught up or ever be free of a loan with them!! You will be trapped dealing with their collections dept, who can't provide clear documents of all payments paid. Still waiting 6 months later to get that buyer beware!! They may approve the loan whenever other banks wont!! But please don't get trapped like I did!!
