I’d like to acknowledge a great experience my husband had with your branch manager Jessica Legendre in the Cumberland branch. She went above and beyond to coordinate his IRAs to mature on the same dates. As minute as this sounds, it’s a big deal to him! Most other institutions would’ve said this could not be done. Thank you for making him happy!

Can someone at the bank load everyone's 2025 1099 files to the website so we can retrieve them electronically. I have check with serval people who have accounts at Navigant and not one can see the 2025 1099 but they can see the 2024 1099. Someone who did this job in the past must have left the company and now no one knows to load the file or assumed the position. So much for ASAP. It has been over a week.
