GCU has been the absolute best financial institution I've ever dealt with. I was able to secure a mortgage on a brand new build in less than 30 days. Their loan department, underwriting department and account services have great communication between them, and the customer service has been exceptional. I've had great experiences with Luana, Colleen & Karina so far. Their online banking is top tier, and you can easily connect external accounts and transfer between different banks. I would recommend this credit union to anyone for anything.

Greenwood financed my vehicle for me and it was very easy to make monthly payments with them online every month. Liz made it easy to make the transfer for the payoff and informed me of what would happen once the car was paid off. She was friendly and very informative. Thank you and I will not hesitate to use Greenwood Credit Union for future loans.

Would have given a 4 for 5 star review because i am very happy with my service for the most part. They are very understanding but one of their collections representatives, that ironically never opens with her name, has an a very bad attitude problem. I know she sounds a bit old over the phone but that is no excuse to open every conversation with raw attitude. Every other representative i have spoken to has been kind , courteous , understanding and respectful but this one representative really gives the bank a bad name. I have spoken with her on three different occasions now and each time was wondering how she even has a job in customer service. A little bit of patience and kindness can go a long way just a reminder!

I called this morning having trouble logging into online banking. I was feeling a little frustrated but Rayanna was very nice and polite. She helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and pointed me in the right direction. Great customer service thank you!!
