March 2, 2026 I could not get into my Wave Federal credit union app. I got in touch with Wave and spoke with Erica who assured me i would be all set because it looked Like the website was down. I spoke to her a couple of times during the day and she assured me each time that it will be back up soon. This was important to me as I am living in Florida for the winter and doing my my banking from here. As she promised, the website was up by at the end of the day, and I was back in business

Terrible attitude and follow up for a heloc. You should improve your customer interaction and remember a customer is not bothering you looking for a heloc.. your competitor had no issue with this 850 fico.

I have had an auto loan for 4 years with Wave and just paid it off, I have zero complaints! Huge shout out to Erika K in Customer Service who has processed my payments every month, she is wonderful and deserves a raise!! Thank you!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. This is a bank with garbage customer service, incredibly archaic software systems, and the employees/team members there might as well be living in the dark ages in terms of education. Where do they find that uneducated of employees! Then let's talk about customer device. Incredibly rude. When you ask for services ANY OTHER bank provides they think you have three heads for asking. They don't even use full amount on numbers in their account numbers and refuse to provide routing numbers to transfer money in. I'm appalled at what a terrible place this is. They can't possibles understand why someone would want to process transactions online. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SEVERELY UNEDUCATED poor excuse for a business. They are lucky they began with the clients of a large corporation who incentives their employees to go here. If they didn't they would have zero existing clients since they can't attract any new ones. Impressive.

Wonderful Staff! And Very Inviting. Like family... I found that they really take the time to listen to you ...They approved me for a moderate loan. To help with a few debts. And gave me the opportunity to build a solid foundation with them. Definitely Recommend this Credit Union!
