I purchased 3 large pieces of carpet from Menards that came from Natco. One of three rolls had a crush mark, which looked like a brown stain across the beige carpet. I Filed a complaint with Menards who sent it on to Natco who did absolutely NOTHING about it. They didn't even have the decency to answer Menards letter. If I see Natcos name on any product I will not purchase it. They do not stand buy their products.

This is one of the worst place I ever been The front desk and the people who load for you they are very rude I’ve been here more than 7 hours and they still telling me I have to wait but they’re not doing anything. I recommend all truck driver not pick up or delivery for this place. You will waste your all day. I wish Google have 0 start one star is too much for this place.
