We had a truly wonderful experience working with Jennifer Pincince at Blackstone River Federal Credit Union in Woonsocket. Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to walk us through every step, making sure we had everything we needed for our car loan approval. Her patience, attention to detail, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a lending officer who truly puts her clients first! Mr & Mrs Molly

Great Experience. Jen was literally amazing. Refinanced my auto Loan from 7.85 percent to 5 percent And received additional $300 from bank for doing so. Amazing Experience to say the least. Customer for Life.

Very poor experience at this bank. I wanted to get my name on my mother's account to pay her bills in the nursing home. I was told I needed a "power of attorney". So, I had my attorney draw this up. When I went back to the bank, I was told by the manager, Jim Wood, that I needed a "durable" power of attorney to access my mother's accounts. My lawyer told me that's what I had, and even called Jim and told him. Still, no good. So, my father and I went back to the bank, and he drew out most of the money (his name also on the account) that we later deposited in an account in Citizen's Bank. By the way, A+ treatment at Citizens Bank, and they even put my name on the account after copying the power of attorney document.

I went into this credit union because I needed 2 rolls of quarters. The bank teller asked if I had an account which I thought was weird, I said no and she literally said “oh this is only for members I can’t help you”.. Her attitude was awful, if she hates her job she should quit because you never know who someone else knows. I didn’t wanna curse her out so I left and didn’t get her name but she has grey hair a little past her shoulders and a stank face. I’ve never in my 25 years of living heard of a bank not being able to exchange $20 for quarters because you’re not a member. Do better..

I use the Blackstone River Federal credit Union for all my financial needs. I have never had a problem 30 years as a customer. A big well done to their employees in performing their jobs!
