The service is always fast. The workers always greet you with a smile they are all very friendly. They are always so patient with the customers and very helpful. The best thing I like is they know who you are whether you come in or at the drive thru.

My experience with HopeSouth has been outstanding! The staff and management are wonderful. My personal account had some complicated issues…but they always handled everything, and solved every problem I had professionally, quickly, and with the utmost care. I highly recommend them for all of your banking and finance needs.

I withdrew my money and closed account due to the Lady that runs the bank, disclosed and mocked my private info in front of staff and other customers. She is rude, arrogant, and truly I feel has a power complex. It was humiliating and so uncomfortable. I could tell her staff also felt uncomfortable and on edge in her presence as if on egg shells. If you can’t be respectful to every customer and follow privacy polices . You shouldn’t have the position you hold. If I could take the one star I had to click to leave a review I almost certainly would. All other staff were very nice, and professional.

HopeSouth is the best! We went in today to start an account for my daughter and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They talked to my daughter and explained how to set up her app and how to use it which made her feel very special. We always have such a great experience with them!

Edit to say that the online part kicks me out all the time!!!!!!! I can never reset my password, my son has an acct here and it always kicks him out. Y'all need to do something diff Abt the online part. It's getting ridiculous. Our passwords are saved in our phone and they r correct, it automatically puts the password in so it's always correct, but it always kicks us out!!!!!!!!! If anyone has had an acct or done business with a bank monopoly, then you can understand when I say it is literally a breath of fresh air to deal with Hopesouth. They are absolutely wonderful. Heather goes way above and beyond what most would do. It seems this day and time there is not any personal communication and no one wants to help anyone else esp when it comes to banking, but heather is not like that at all! This is where Hopesouth blows all other banks out of the water and it is just so nice and comforting. Will be a customer for life!
