Unprofessional, unpleasant and rude period. Had a wonderful experience in the new Pendleton location but Anderson white Hall extremely dissatisfied with customer service. They pretty much act as though they could care less if they had your business.

I’ve banked with them for a long time and loved them, ever since this update I can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone and the app is very confusing.

Thank you Nas, for helping me out over the phone. Your service was awesome. To bad every experience dealing with a business isn't like this. Thanks again.

I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before anyone realized I was there. There were no other members in the lobby and no one else in the drive thru. This was very disappointing.

Long time member(10+ years I think long enough to forget) . I wrote a detailed review and reason for leaving several times then said I’m just saying goodbye. Guess the accounts will just time out someday.
