I have been banking with latitude 32 for over 10 years and I just went in today and the atmosphere was so cold Meaning the people and the greeting. The young lady at the window was unappealing it was almost like going to McDonald's. There was no hey how can I help you, l can help you at this window when you finish your transactions I had to ask her if she was ready for me, there was no thank you, have a good day, there was no putting my license in my hand she just slid it and slid the receipt like I was dirty then she went on like if I was bothering her very disappointing. I hate to closey account but if happens again I definitely will..When you decide to work with the public you can't pick and choose who you are kind to.

Warning: the staff is too nice. Smiles, kindness, and actual human decency everywhere. They treat you like family—minus the awkward holidays and unsolicited advice. Service was excellent and the people are even better.

wow these people really do have an attitude. What is the deal. its a really small credit union, you would think they would be loving and accomodating in trying to grow the creditunion. called four times over a month to fix a problem and expand my relationship, was met with attitude and non-returned calls.

This is the worst credit bank I have ever come across. I received my car loan through latitude 32. I never received any details on my account in the mail or via email that would allow me to make payments. I had to email and call multiple times just to get information to be able to pay my bill. In order to set up automatic payments they mail you a paper form to fill out that you have you have to mail back. I have done this and am still not set up for automatic payments. If you are not set up for automatic payments you can’t login to your account. You have to pay through a separate outlet and fill out your acct # and routing # every month. It’s one of the most tedious systems just to try to pay your payment

I was trying to pay off an auto loan Friday, January 21st of 2022. Due to upcoming weather condition, they closed their office at 2pm (normally closes at 5:30pm and closed on weekends). I called a little after 2pm that day but, of course, no answer, no call center agent and no online help. I called on Monday but the payoff amount went up already due to interest. Finally, Stephanie answered and I asked if they can honor the Friday's payoff rate due to them closing early but she can't do it. She transferred me to Theresa (one of the Managers) but still didn't do anything on her power to help me adjust the amount (it was just a few dollars for them and they've been making money out of interest for years). I know that weather is out of their control and mine neither, but in that case, at least give a good paying customer a reason to come back. Do yourself a favor and find another financial institution that can assist and help you at your convenience and not theirs. It was easy dealing with them at first at the dealership but after that, you are on your own.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
