Allsouth was really great! Made the process clear and concise and figured out a way to make the deal happen. Listed all options and discussed which would be best for me with my current situation! This bank is consistently unhelpful, indifferent, and shockingly heartless. The staff, no matter what branch, show little to no regard for customers with disabilities or those living on a fixed income, treating basic requests for assistance as burdens rather than responsibilities. Interactions with management and supervisors have routinely been disrespectful, and it is clear that empathy and customer care are entirely absent from their work culture. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism as a whole make it impossible to rely on them for even the simplest banking needs. I strongly advise avoiding this bank if you value being treated with dignity or expect any level of competent service.

Where is my money in my savings account? I cannot see any transactions on where my money went. I couldn’t get verified after I gave them my social security number and drivers license number. Really?? I’m military and not in the area anymore. The last transaction I can see is from Dec 2023 showing the money I had in my account but now it’s gone. I called several times and nobody can help, they say to send a secure message through the app but the app doesn’t even work. Don’t do business with this place unless you like horrible customer service.
