I've been a member of Caro Federal Credit Union for 9 years. Thank you Gwen Rivers, Renee Suber-Kinard, and Monica Bligen, Sales and Service Manager. Monica provides professional top tier customer service, she's knowledgeable, and handles any and all of my financial priorities. She's always just a phone call away to assist with loans, auto loans, and saving money. She's prompt and eager to assist me in making sure my financial goals are met. Thank you! Caro Federal Credit Union.

Complete lack of competence. Inability to make customer accommodation or to effectively communicate with customer. Unfortunately the admins land their client facing personnel stuck in the middle between their own admin failure and increasingly irritated clients

Outdated online banking (even after recent "upgrade), poor customer service, no Zelle, terrible mobile app, forced "overdraft protection", overall terrible banking experience.

USELESS!! I applied for a $1000 loan against my car (it's currently worth $8000) to get me through the next 3 weeks when I get paid at my new job. I could wait until I get paid, but I wanted to do the right thing and not be late with my bills. I sent Caro my offer letter for my job, so they know how much I'm making, etc. First of all, it took them A LOT longer than 3 days to get back to me. Then they said I could get the loan once I get my first check from my job. What???? How does that help me???? This bank is useless. If you need a loan, ask a stranger--you would have better luck. Oh, and my co-pay for my insulin is $75. Wish me luck going the next 3 weeks without any insulin as I am a Type 1 diabetic. I don't know who is in charge at Caro, but Danielle Moore is COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT.
