I would like to say I love come to this location. I have been doing business with Mrs.Tammy Burns my last few times come to this location. She is very nice and always was about to help me. Today I met with Joe Kane. Whom is the Assistant Branch manager. It was a pleasure meeting. He was very helpful and always very nice. I had a branch close to my house, but I am always willing to drive the extra miles to see wonderful people who always makes me smile and very helpful. Thank you so much so much.

I was downtown so i went to this bank instead of my bank on beltline.(Im a member) These people don't know what they 're doing. I asked for a bank lobby transfer which I get every month but they had no idea what I was talking about and trying to do somethingelse which kept being denied. They quit using paper, so you just tell them what you want instead of writing it down and handing them the slip. I don't like that. I'm old school. I like to write it and also shows proof of what i'm asking for. I gave up and went to my bank instead and had no problems. They were friendly but just clueless.

I want to thank Tammy Burns in the Downtown PCFCU office for all of the assistance she has provided me. Today (11/12/25) she helped me change the pin on my Debit/ATM card. I was having difficulty doing this but Tammy made a call and got this all worked out for me. Tammy has helped me several times in the past - she is my new "go to" person at the downtown office. So friendly, professional, and knowledgable. What a great team member you have in Tammy!

This is the most helpful bank I've ever dealt with! True customer service. Nick Joyner especially! I've closed all other bank accounts .
