When I opened an account here, everyone was nice and professional but not soon after taking out a few loans, and having my payroll direct deposited, did the demeanor of these people change. These people think that since YOUR money is in their bank that they own you and can treat you how they want to. Kinda like the cable companies do (bait&switch) There is absolutely no management here as everybody blames someone else or passes the buck. Their go-to phrase to me was always, “I’m not arguing with you.” There’s no compromise here. It’s their way and your opinion means nothing to them. Jason in lending is a complete liar. Scott Outlaw is a hot-head. Scott E NEVER returns my calls or emails. Lois at the Florence branch has got to be not only the most unprofessional person I’ve dealt with in awhile but the most hateful. Answering the phone via speaker phone is the tackiest thing someone in business can do. It’s not only unprofessional but very disrespectful. Jimmy in collections speaks to you in a threatening manner. Tonya and Renee at the Darlington branch are the best and should be the ones managing this place. They have ALWAYS been respectful and professional. I can go for hours. Not a good banking experience to say the leas…..

Leslie Galloway and Scott Eagerton put the shine on the stars at the Dixie Federal Credit Union. I love the personal attention and the free checking. Renee always makes you feel right at home! Thank you, DFCU!

I ask why and she says with her hands balled together because I'm not!! Hmmm...refused a member services without explanation just personal feelings!! 😡😡

Mrs. Moody , she’s was sweet and professional. She’d even listen to all my complaints whenever I came to her , even if she didn’t want to. She get’s 5 stars and more.

Five dollar maintenance fee for a savings account, that's absurd. Every other credit union's savings account doesn't have a maintenance fee, hence the word savings. Closing my account and moving on so that I can save and not be charged for doing so.
