This is one of the best banks or credit unions you can never be involved with. They have a staff hat, both locations. That'll be happy to help you out with anything. Whether it's the teller or the person in the office. They make sure that all your questions are answered and whatever you need is done.

I’ve been trying call the location for days. The phone system still has Thanksgiving hours on the voicemail. Can not get anyone to answer the phone in 3 days now. Just an automatic out of date recording. Most of the staff there is pretty awesome.

I have been banking here for more than 20 years. I have always been extremely pleased. The debit card has been very disappointing lately. My card is routinely declined with sufficient funds because of security holds placed on the card due to regular transactions like Netflix and other Payments that have a long history of coming out of the account every month. It is very embarrasing. I love this bank, but they desparately need a new card provider.
