Agree with everyone that this banks customer service is the worse. Have been trying to make a payment online but their systems does not recognize me and no-one from Sharonview customer service has helped me. They keep me on hold for more than 2 hours each time and then I am supposed to get a call which never happens. This bank is not trust worthy and use extortion to get you pay extra fees. You are better off banking with a local loan shark than this bank.

This has to be one of the worst credit unions ever. I recently come to find out that I had id theft/fraud against my name and social. I filed a police report and placed a freeze on my credit. I contacted this credit union and they have refused to help me get these hard inquiries off my credit. The credit agencies have said become these were done electronically and not in person and he bank has to initiate the request. I work for a bank and do this everyday, I’m the victim and they still refuse to help

Worst response time EVER . If you are active duty military I strongly recommend that you do not finance a car with them. especially if you have to PCS overseas. Customer car is very subpar and it will take them for ever to respond. When most banks give you the letter within minutes. I would have never financed a car with this bank if i would have know they treat service members this way.

I bought a car and financed through them 3 months ago and still do not have my title to my car from the other trash bank the seller used. These ppl have not tried to help me at all. I called 5 days ago and the women said someone from that department would call me back. Imagine that Noone has called me and guess what the first payment is due today. Why would I pay for something that's literally illegal to drive. Never in my life have I went through so much bull*hit when buying a car!!!! Called again yesterday and someone is suppose to call me back... still waiting. I am so SICK OF THIS. Do you want to get paid or no??
